Refund policy

We hope you love your new scrubs! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return most items. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 

Eligibility

  • Warehouse Sale Items: FINAL SALE - No Returns or Exchanges.
  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for regular-priced items.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • Free of deodorant, makeup, or fragrance
    • In original condition with all tags intact
    • Free of rips or tears
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Return Process

Customers can initiate self-returns in their customer account here.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Submit request".

    If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Or, if you do not have an account:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, email us at verveescrubs@flufflefulfill.com. Please include your order number and original receipt.
  2. Prepaid Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for returning your items. Note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case you’ll be eligible for free returns.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation along with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Postmark Deadline: Items must be postmarked back within 14 days of the approved return request. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at verveescrubs@flufflefulfill.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a return for inspection. If deemed a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange and free return shipping.


Non-returnable Items / Exceptions

Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and do not refund shipping. No exceptions will be made outside of this policy.


Exchanges

For same item size or color exchanges, please email verveescrubs@flufflefulfill.com. The cost of shipping and restocking will be free!

All other exchanges will require you to initiate a return and place a new order.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued after inspection and processing of the returned item. Once approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method less the cost of shipping and a restocking fee of a minimum $3 or 3%. Allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at verveescrubs@flufflefulfill.com.
