Free Shipping: Vervee Scrubs offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada. Also will not apply to special sales events when discounts are automatically applied.
Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are with the carrier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS customer service directly with your UPS tracking number to file a claim.
Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options for those who need their items sooner. Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be processed the next business day.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Processing Time: Our team strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that processing times may vary based on order volume and shipping method selected.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the UPS website.
Shipping Costs: For orders under $150, standard shipping costs will apply. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Shipping to Other Locations:
- Alaska and Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii; standard shipping rates will apply.
- U.S. Territories: We also ship to U.S. territories. Standard shipping rates will apply.
- Canada: We ship to Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Canada has one shipping option - UPS ground, and free shipping does not apply to customers in Canada.
